666s.dev is an independent software development studio focused on automation systems, messaging integrations and reliable backend infrastructure. We design products that reduce manual work in customer-facing operations and improve the quality of incoming requests.
Communication bots, lead intake workflows, operator dashboards, data pipelines, and integrations between messaging platforms and internal tools.
Service businesses that handle customer requests in chat: moving/logistics, home services, repair, delivery coordination, and similar operations.
Bridgley is a WhatsApp automation platform that helps service businesses collect structured customer requests, including photos and location details, and forward them to operators instantly.
Automated WhatsApp intake • structured forms via chat • photo & location capture • lead formatting • operator notification • multi-tenant configuration.
Moving services: capture inventory photos, pickup floor/access notes, geo points, and deliver a clean summary to the operator within seconds.

Bridgley follows a simple and predictable flow designed for real-world operations: capture enough information to quote accurately, without overwhelming the customer.
The customer starts a conversation via WhatsApp and requests a service (e.g., a moving quote).
The bot asks targeted questions and collects photos and geo/location data as needed.
The system formats the request into a clear, operator-friendly summary.
Operators receive the lead summary instantly (WhatsApp/Telegram/Email depending on configuration).
Result: faster responses, fewer misunderstandings, and better-qualified leads.
We treat security and privacy as product requirements. Bridgley is designed around least-privilege configuration and separation of concerns between tenant credentials and runtime operations.
Collect only what is required to process service requests. Retention is configurable.
Operator and admin actions can be audited. Credentials are stored and handled with restricted access.

Bridgley is designed to comply with messaging platform policies, including WhatsApp Business Policy. The system is intended for customer-initiated conversations and service request handling.
The platform must not be used for unsolicited messaging or bulk outreach. Customers should initiate the conversation, and communication should relate to the requested service.
We collect and process data to provide and improve Bridgley’s services. This may include: contact details, message content, service request details, photos/media, and location information provided by the user during the intake flow.
To deliver the requested service workflow, generate a structured lead summary, notify operators, and support troubleshooting and service improvement.
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the service provider (the business) handling the user’s request and with essential infrastructure providers required to operate the system.
