About Bridgley

Bridgley is developed and operated from Israel. We provide a software product that enables licensed service businesses to handle inbound customer requests in a structured, efficient way. Our focus is on operational workflow support and service coordination for businesses that receive customer inquiries through WhatsApp.

What we do

We build customer request handling software. Bridgley collects structured service requests from customers who initiate contact, organizes the information, and delivers it to business operators for follow-up.

Intended clients

Licensed moving companies, local service businesses handling inbound requests, and operational teams that coordinate service delivery with their customers.

Product

Bridgley helps service businesses collect and organize customer requests that arrive through WhatsApp. When a customer initiates a conversation, the system guides them through a structured intake process, collects relevant details (including photos and location when needed), and delivers a formatted summary to the business operator.

Structured intake

Guides the customer through relevant questions to collect service details, photos, and location information in an organized format.

Operator coordination

Delivers a clear, formatted request summary to the business operator so they can respond quickly and accurately.

Customer-initiated only

The system responds only to customers who initiate contact. It does not send unsolicited messages or perform outbound outreach of any kind.

Service business focus

Designed for licensed businesses that handle real customer service requests, such as moving companies and home service providers.

How It Works

Bridgley follows a simple, predictable flow designed for real-world service operations. All conversations are initiated by the customer.

1. Customer initiates contact

A customer messages the business on WhatsApp to request a service (for example, a moving quote). Bridgley only responds to customer-initiated messages.

2. Structured request collection

The system asks targeted questions and collects relevant details, including photos and location data when needed for accurate service delivery.

3. Request summary

The collected information is organized into a clear, operator-friendly summary with all the details needed to respond to the customer.

4. Operator notification

The business operator receives the formatted request and can follow up with the customer directly to confirm details and schedule the service.

Use of WhatsApp

Bridgley is designed to comply with WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta Platform Terms. We take messaging compliance seriously and enforce the following policies:

Customer-initiated conversations only

The system processes conversations that are started by the customer. Businesses respond only to users who initiate contact. Bridgley does not initiate outbound conversations with end users.

No bulk messaging

Bridgley does not provide bulk messaging capabilities. There are no broadcast features, no marketing blasts, and no mass outreach tools.

No unsolicited outreach

The system does not send unsolicited messages, promotional content, or marketing communications to end users.

Lawful use requirement

Businesses using Bridgley are required to comply with all applicable laws, WhatsApp Business Policy, and Meta Platform Terms. Misuse results in service termination.

Privacy Policy

Bridgley collects and processes personal data solely to provide its customer request handling services. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is handled.

Data We Collect

  • Phone number — provided by the messaging platform when the customer initiates contact
  • Message content — text messages exchanged during the service request conversation
  • Media files — photos uploaded by the customer to describe their service needs
  • Location data — geographic coordinates or addresses shared by the customer for service delivery
  • Service request details — structured information collected during the intake process (dates, preferences, special requirements)

Why We Collect Data

  • To process and fulfill the customer's service request
  • To generate a structured summary for the business operator
  • To enable the business to respond accurately and promptly
  • To maintain service quality and resolve operational issues

Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the service request and for a reasonable period afterward for operational and legal compliance purposes. Completed request data is routinely purged in accordance with our retention schedule.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with:

  • The business operator handling the customer's service request
  • Infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service (hosting, messaging delivery)

We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

Data Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@666s.dev. Please include the phone number used in the conversation (in international format) and the approximate date of your request. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
